  <li>you are located in Europe, the Middle East or Africa (=E2=80=9CEMEA=
=E2=80=9D) and your Workspace or Cloud Identity agreement incorporates the =
updated DPA; or</li>
  <li>you are located outside EMEA and none of the EU GDPR, UK GDPR or Swis=
s Federal Data Protection Act (together, =E2=80=9CEuropean Data Protection =
Law=E2=80=9D) applies to your use of the Services.</li>
</ol>

<p>Otherwise:</p>

  <li>if your Workspace or Cloud Identity agreement does not incorporate th=
e updated DPA, <strong>you need to click-to-accept the updated DPA by follo=
